Does RCGCD plan to adopt groundwater use fees?
The Rusk County Groundwater Conservation District does NOT plan to assess any water use fees for Groundwater pumped from Rusk County for use within Rusk County.
There will be a minimal registration fee of $25 for all new groundwater wells drilled in Rusk County
to cover administrative expenses.
